Q. What times are the Stadium Tours?
A. Tours are run 7 days a week, depending on fixtures; there are no stadium tours on home match days, and on the day before all televised games, we often have to run 'mini tours'.
During peak times Tours are run every 15 minutes with available tours shown by clicking through to our booking page. During British Summer Time, tours will be run into the evening (normally until the light prevents this).
Please note; we reserve the right to alter these times and availability at short notice, to accomodate other needs of the Club, or maintenance, within the stadium. Return to page top ››
Q. What is a mini tour?
A. A mini tour takes you into Anfield Stadium, to the Kop end only, but includes your admission to the museum. You will not see the changing rooms, etc. It lasts only 30 minutes, but it is at a much reduced cost. We have to operate these reduced tours, to avoid the installation of cameras and other equipment, in the build-up to televised games. Return to page top ››
Q. Does the Tour include the Museum?
A. Yes! The tour price includes the museum, which you can explore at your own pace, before and after your tour. Return to page top ››
Q. Can I visit just the Museum?
A. Yes. And there is no need to pre-book a Museum-only visit! Walk-up visits are very welcome within the opening hours of 10am-5pm (4.30pm last admission). On match days we can offer only the museum and this normally closes with last entry 45 minutes before kickoff. Return to page top ››
Q. Where do I go to join the tour?
If you have purchased a ticket you need to make your way to the Legends Lounge on the Main Stand 10 minutes before your tour is due to start (this will be notified on your booking confirmation). If you are early, please visit the museum entrance desk, located beside the LFC Shop in the Kop stand - just behind the statue of Bill Shankly. Return to page top ››
Q. What are the opening hours for the Museum?
A. The museum is open 7 days a week, 10-5pm, last admission 4.30pm. Museum closes on match days; last entrance is 45mins before kickoff. It does not re-open after the game. Return to page top ››
Q. Am I able to turn up for a tour without booking in advance?
A. Whilst we allow walk-ups on tours, this is strictly subject to availability and we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Return to page top ››
Q. Do you take group bookings?
A. We can accommodate individuals, small groups or large parties. A stadium tour takes a maximum of 50 persons, so for larger numbers we would need to split your group into different tours - please bear this in mind when planning a trip but we now have the capacity to leave every 15 minutes. Please contact us for further information and availability. A 'Group' is 10 persons or more, and may be eligible for a discount, but ADVANCED BOOKING IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Return to page top ››
Q. Is there anywhere to leave luggage or bags?
A. Unfortunately due to security measures we are unable to accept suitcases or other large items into either the museum or stadium. There is nowhere to store these items within the Club premises. You are likely to be refused entry if you have luggage, and if you have pre-booked, you may not get a re-fund. Return to page top ››
Q. Is there anywhere for us to eat within the stadium?
A. There are catering facilities available within the stadium on a non-match day at the Kop Cafe. Food and drink is not permitted on the tour, or in the museum. Return to page top ››
Q. Are stadium tour tickets transferable?
A. Tickets are non-transferable and should not be sold on. If we suspect that a ticket has been sold on, we will not accept it.
Should you be unable to attend your tour, please contact us on 0151 260-6677 to re-schedule, or obtain a refund. Please note that no refunds can be offered if the tour is cancelled within 24-hours of the tour time.

Q. How long will the tour last?
A. Tours will take approximately 1 hour, which does not include a visit to the museum.Return to page top ››
Q. I am disabled, will I be able to go on a stadium tour at Anfield Stadium?
A. Anfield has disabled facilities and most levels encountered on the tour and in the museum, are accessible by lift. On the new tour of Anfield the only area we cannot access are the Directors Seats. We can offer our people with mobility issues an alternative at this time of the tour which will be equally enjoyable. Please contact us when booking to discuss accessibility arrangements, so we can make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Return to page top ››
Q. Am I able to take young children on the tour?
A. Yes - however, we must ask that you keep all children under close supervision at all times, and during the tour it is very hard to facilitate baby-changing or feeding. The tour is not suitable for children under 5 years of age as it involves close attention for all guests attending. Return to page top ››
Q. Is car parking available?
A. When supporters arrive at the stadium car parking may be available but we cannot always guarantee that. If it is available it will be in the Centenary stand car park. Return to page top ››
