International Survey - Terms and Conditions

 

  • 1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these conditions.
  • 2. Entry is only open to entrants aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and employees or family of any of their subsidiaries or Liverpool Football Club are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid.
  • 3. The closing date for entries is: Friday 12th March 2010 5.30pm (BST).
  • 4. In order to enter the draw, you must complete the Liverpool FC e-Season Survey (found at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/internationalfanssurvey) and have left a valid email address.
  • 5. One entry drawn at random from each eligible country will win:
    A Liverpool FC shirt signed by at least one player. One shirt will be allocated per country.
  • 6. Only one entry per person. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Any such entries will be deemed void.
  • 7. The draw shall take place on the specified date. The winner will be notified by the email address left in the survey within 1 working day of the draw. The winner shall have 24 hours to claim his/her prize. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery of the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • 8. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • 9. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition. You may enter by sending your name, address, email and telephone number on a postcard marked 'e-Season Ticket Survey Competition' to the Promoter (at the address below) provided that the entry arrives no later than the closing date.
  • 10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter's decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • 11. The Promoter (or any third party nominated by the Promoter) may use the winner's name and image and their comments relating to the prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
  • 12. Entrants are advised to print and keep safe these Terms and Conditions.
  • 13. This competition shall be governed by English law.
