We recently changed video service providers to a World leading streaming service provider. We also dropped our Real format to bring in Flash to offer higher quality, more reliable and more compatable video for all our customers.
To download the latest version of Flash player please click here>>
There are a number of things you can check with regards to stream quality and on the links below you will find a lot of advice.
Key checks are:
- Please ensure you do not have the video screen too large; the quality will reduce the larger you make the picture.
- You may find that Flash looks better for you than WMP or the other way around so try both options.
If you still find you are having problems please contact us through the contact form.
