John McMahon's side take on Manchester United in their first game of 2010 in Altrincham.
The Reserves have had a fantastic first part of the 2009-10 season winning their last eight games in a row.
McMahon's side have already beaten United twce this season - 1-0 at Prenton Park courtesy of David Ngog's strike and a penalty shoot-out victory in the Lancashire Senior Cup.
David Amoo and Nathan Eccleston have been in outstanding form while Spanish ace Daniel Pacheco has been pulling the strings in midfield.
At the back Chris Mavinga has been exceptional following his summer move from France alongside Daniel Ayala while Stephen Darby and Stevie Irwin have been consistency personified.
United are managed by Old Trafford hero and one-time Liverpool Supporters Club member Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
