The Ticket office would like to make the following announcement regarding West Brom tickets:
Liverpool v West Bromwich Albion Tickets.
If you have purchased your seat in the Member's sale and not received your member's email or letter of confirmation (no paper tickets are issued in the Member's Sale) before Sunday, please go to one of our Access Information Points located around the ground. There will be a Supporter Information Operator on hand who have a mobile device that will be able to issue your seat details to you. Please note that you must have your fan card handy. If you are a group, each individual must have their fan card in order to retrieve their seat details.
If you have not received your match ticket, please call our Ticket Office on 0843-170-5555 to register the fact that you require duplicate tickets. If you cannot do this, please go to the Ticket Office on Sunday and bring the following with you:-
1. Your fan card (if you have one)
2. The credit card that was used to purchase your ticket
3. A form of identification showing your full name and address.
Failure to provide the necessary documentation/information so may result in your ticket not being issued to you.
Please note that the Ticket Office is expecting to extremely busy. It is highly recommended that you collect your duplicated tickets as early as possible in order to avoid late entry into the stadium.
