Lucas Leiva has lifted the lid on how he suffers from insomnia after big games.
Win, lose or draw, the Brazilian goes home after matches and analyses his own performance and that of the team - so much so that he can't sleep.
"After a match I usually can't sleep," he told LFC Weekly magazine.
"Of course I am tired but it's very hard to switch off. If we lose the feeling is even worse because you think about what you could have done differently.
"You are still caught up in the emotion of the game. You need time to relax and unwind from it all."
