Reds sign Maxi Rodriguez

Liverpool Football Club this afternoon announced the signing of Maxi Rodriguez on a free transfer from Atletico Madrid.

The Argentina International has agreed a three and a half year contract with Liverpool and will wear the number 17 shirt. 

The deal is now subject to international transfer clearance.

This is a very good player for us a fighter and wants to play for the club we can then put kuyt back in his favourite position as a striker or attacking midfielder
