"Rarely has a book shown how interwoven football is into the fabric of everyday life. A superb illustration of why the game matters...
"This shows that football still matters and, more importantly, it shows why it matters!"
Tony Evans, the football Editor of the Times' reaction to Keith Salmon's 'We had dreams and songs to sing', a book featured on Liverpoolfc.tv back in May this year.

It tells the story of an exiled Kopites' 40 year love affair with the Reds; from the dark days following Heysel and Hillsborough through to the recent high of Istanbul.
It's a tale that is guaranteed to strike a chord with football supporters across the globe and a book that has already proved to be something of a hit.
"It's been a hectic few months since the books launch and whilst the Reds players have been on the beach this summer I've not had the chance," Salmon told Liverpoolfc.tv.
"Almost 700 books have now been sold with excellent sales at the Hillsborough Justice Shop and the book is firmly in the top 10 at HMV stores in Liverpool."
Such has been the interest in Keith's book, that he's been forced to seek alternative ways to comply with demand.
"I'm having to use new technology to spread my story," he explained. "Using the e book format the book can now be downloaded from the internet and can be read on the move, using lap tops, i pods or e book readers.
"This will help our expatriate supporters across the globe and people who embrace the technology of modern life."
Keith's book is also available at the Hillsborough Justice Campaign Shop (including a donation to the campaign), HMV throughout Merseyside, Waterstones in Liverpool and online at Keiths own website www.wehaddreamsandsongstosing.co.uk
