What is this? LFC is working very hard to provide value to you, our loyal fans for purchasing official club products. We want to make sure you know the Officially Licensed Liverpool FC products are quality you can count on.

What is the Official Liverpool FC Hologram? Liverpool FC introduced a holographic sticker to all Official Products in the last year. The programme was launched by Liverpool FC to help fans recognise official product and to aid in the ongoing actions that are taken against counterfeit goods.

Where do I get a code? All Official Licensed Liverpool FC merchandise sold in Official Club Stores, on the high street and online will have a hologram either on the packaging or directly on the item. The code is embedded on the hologram and should be easy to read.

What is the difference between Officially Licensed Liverpool FC product and other stuff? Counterfeit merchandise is not licensed and approved by Liverpool FC. Colours, logos and names are often not correctly displayed and the quality or safety of these products may be lower than that of Official Products. Counterfeit merchandise supports only one entity - the seller, while officially licensed products support Liverpool FC.

What do I do if I suspect it to be counterfeit merchandise? Tell us everything you can about what it is, where you saw it and the name of the store. Email us the details to trademark@liverpoolfc.tv

What if I don't see a Hologram on my Liverpool FC? Low priced items such as gift tags, wrapping paper and player posters don’t have the official holograms but products which have a RRP of over £3  should include the hologram. If your Liverpool FC item does not have a hologram, it may be counterfeit.

 How can I redeem my free e-Gift for registering my Hologram? Once you register your hologram you will see a thank you confirmation for submitting your hologram. Within the confirmation you will have the option to choose and download your free gift.

Can I register a hologram code more than once? No. Every hologram contains a unique code. Once it has been registered, the system will not allow the code to be registered again.
