Andrew Nealon is one of several physiotherapists who work with the first-team squad.
The Aussie arrived in the summer of 2010 after four seasons working in county cricket with Hampshire.
He came to England in 2006 after cutting his teeth in private practice and with the New South Wales cricket team.
Andrew is a bachelor of applied science in physiotherapy from Sydney University.
On his switch from cricket to football, he said: "I'm enjoying the transition. I grew up playing and loving both games. At the end of the day, a sore ankle is a sore ankle."
