Powerful striker Andras Simon joined Liverpool from MTK Hungaria in the summer of 2007.
The youngster, who arrived at Anfield with countryman Krisztian Nemeth, signed a three-year contract to keep him at the club until 2010.
Simon represented Hungary at the 2006 UEFA U17 Championships.
Commenting on his move to Liverpool, he said: "Krisztian and I want to play regular football in the reserves and we will do our best to step forward as soon as it's possible."
Simon is on a season-long loan at Spanish side Cordoba CF.
