Auto Cup Ticket Scheme 2011-12
The Auto Cup Ticket Scheme allows Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to secure home tickets for Liverpool’s season-wide cup campaigns – the FA Cup and League Cup competitions, for as long as the team is involved in the tournament.
Season Ticket Holders must join the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme at the same time you purchase or renew your Season Ticket
LFC Official Members will be able to join the FA Cup Auto Cup Ticket Scheme for the first time this season, subject to the first home draw in the competition. This will allow Members the opportunity to secure home tickets for Liverpool’s FA Cup competition for season 2011/2012, for as long as the team is involved in the tournament.
More information will be available to Members following the draw.
Once you’ve registered in the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme, you’ll remain in it for as long as the team is involved in the competitions you’ve enrolled for.
Payments will be taken for unspecified amounts on unspecified dates in relation to cup ticket purchases as and when any home cup fixture arises.
You must provide your current mobile number and email address as these are the methods we will use to communicate with you. You can update these details at any time by clicking here and logging in.
You must also advise us if you would like to change the details of the payment card to be used for all Auto Cup Payments. If any of these details change throughout the season you must contact us to update your details.
Once enrolled your Member’s card will be activated for access and you will occupy the same seat for all games within the competition. However, in the event that the Club is unable to allocate the seat purchased during the enrolment phase, for a particular match, another alternative seat will be allocated to you.
If you are an Official Member and your regular seat cannot be allocated, your card will still be activated and your seat details for that match will appear on your email confirmation once your payment has been approved.
If you are a Season Ticket Holder and your regular match day seat cannot be allocated, your Member’s Card will not be activated and a paper ticket will be sent to you for the best available alternative. Your seat details for that match will appear on your email confirmation once your payment has been approved.
We do advise that you bring along your email confirmation on the day of the game in the event of any seat issues.
Email confirmation will always be sent confirming if your payment has been successful or unsuccessful once payment has been attempted.
As the Club will be expanding the Auto Cup Scheme to allow LFC Official Members to enrol, we cannot guarantee that Season Ticket Holders or LFC Official Members who do not enrol onto the scheme will be able to purchase a ticket for home cup games.
The Club will continue to operate a priority sales period based on attendance at previous games for any remaining home cup match tickets that become available.
Concessionary Ticket holders are still eligible for discounted rates but the Auto Cup Ticket Scheme does not allow for any cost adjustment through either upgrade
or downgrade of prices in the event you can’t attend a cup game.
