From May 31 2008 we will no longer issue new Fan Cards. If you are an existing Fan card holder your card will remain active. You will still be able to apply for tickets and have your attendance recorded. You can use your Fan Card in exactly the same way as in previous seasons; this includes all cup purchases (subject to availability).

How do I buy Tickets with my Fan Card?
When purchasing tickets you must provide your Fan Card Customer Number either by handing your Fan Card to the Ticket Office, quoting it via the Telephone Booking Line or by Post, or using it to log in online. Further information maybe requested for security reasons.
Purchases made online will require your Fan Card Customer Number and Password.
Only one ticket per match will be recorded on your Fan Card.
If applying for tickets as a group it will be necessary for you to disclose each Fan Card Customer Number and the Customer Name in order for us to record the purchase history correctly. If you are applying as a group online, you will need to link your registrations ››

if I lose my Fan Card?
In the event that your Fan Card is lost or stolen, please let the Ticket
Office know immediately in writing. Your Fan Card will then be deactivated
and a new Fan Card will be issued for a fee of £10 The data held
on your lost or stolen Fan Card will be transferred onto your new Fan Card.
If you do not receive your Fan Card within two months of your written request then please inform the ticket office. If you do not inform the ticket office within this time, you will be charged a further £10.00 for your duplicate Fan Card.
Should you change address, please inform the Ticket Office in writing,
quoting your old address and enclosing a copy of a Utility Bill (Gas,
Electric, Water or Telephone) to the Ticket Office.
